The roughly 2.5-acre property is unassuming to the average eye but when you click through the listing photos, you end up looking through a secret door built into a deck -- that is the entrance to a cavern.
According to the listing, the current homeowners invested $87,000 in excavating, lighting, electricity and general improvements to the cavern.
There are also 3,500 acres of Nature Conservancy in the surrounding area, which includes Natural Bridge Caverns.
